High Court Dismissed The Stay Order Of Vadh Release Amid Rave Reviews

The claim of exclusive ownership of the title Vadh was dismissed by the court. 

New Delhi: All set to release on 9th Dec, Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta starrer VADH has grabbed the attention of the masses ever since the release of its thrilling trailer. The film shook the nation with its hard-hitting visuals and the gripping suspense of a murder mystery. But today the film was taken to the court appealing for a stay of its release because of the claim of exclusive ownership of the title Vadh that was certainly dismissed by the court. 

The said application was heard at length after which the Hon’ble High Court refused to grant a stay on the release of the said film stating amongst other things that the Plaintiff could not approach the court at the eleventh hour and also that he failed to prove his case before the court. Consequently, the interim application was dismissed. The order was dictated in open court. A certified copy is awaited.

Meanwhile, the movie has garnered rave reviews and received all praise for amazing performances by the star cast, Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta. While the audience is truly hooked to watch Sanjay Mishra in a whole new different dark shade in the film, the presence of the talented actor Neena Gupta alongside him made the film a masterpiece. Moreover, it is truly the one of its kind film that comes once in a while that has a different concept and a different story to present to the audience. People who want to watch something different will surely love this movie which is releasing soon in theatres.

VADH is written and directed by Jaspal Singh Sandhu and Rajeev Barnwal. The film is presented by Luv Films' Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg and produced by J Studios and Next Level Productions. The film has released in cinemas on 9th December 2022!
