New Delhi: In a recent interview, Vijay Deverakonda, often hounded with questions about his romantic life, chose to divert attention from rumors linking him to Rashmika Mandanna. When asked about his "romantic relationships," the actor opted to steer clear of speculation and instead emphasized his bond with his family.

Responding to inquiries about his relationship status in an interview with Galatta Plus, Vijay quipped, "Yes, I am in a relationship—with my parents, with my brother, with you, and with everyone around me."
Persistent rumors have circulated about Vijay and Rashmika's alleged romance for some time. The gossip mill spun faster when Rashmika was spotted wearing Vijay's cap in an Instagram post, and their trip to the Maldives ignited speculation of an impending marriage announcement.
However, Vijay dismissed these rumors, clarifying that there were no engagement or marriage plans in the works. "I’m not getting engaged or married in February. It feels like the press just wants to get me married every two years. I hear this rumour every year. They’re just walking around waiting to catch me and get me married,” said Vijay.
Neither Vijay nor Rashmika have ever confirmed or denied their relationship in public. The duo has shared the screen in two films, "Geetha Govindam" (2018) and "Dear Comrade" (2019).

Currently, Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up for the release of "The Family Star," co-starring Mrunal Thakur. Rashmika recently extended her best wishes to Vijay for the film, expressing excitement and confidence in its success.
On the work front, Rashmika Mandanna is currently gaering up for 'Pushpa 2'. She will be seen reprising her role as Srivalli in the Allu Arjun starrer.
