Actor Sonakshi Sinha and her long-time partner, actor Zaheer Iqbal, will reportedly tie the knot on June 23 in Mumbai. Despite their long relationship, Sonakshi and Zaheer have never opened up about one another in public. According to an India Today report, the invite of Sonakshi and Zaheer’s wedding is designed like a magazine cover. The message reads: “The rumours are true”.

As per reports, Sonakshi has been dating Zaheer Iqbal for more than a few years. The couple has kept their relationship private. However, they have been sharing posts about each other on social media.

The Netflix series is set against the backdrop of the Indian independence revolution of the 1920s-40s. It focuses on the courtesans of Lahore's red-light district, Heera Mandi. Meanwhile, Zaheer is known for his appearances in films like ‘Notebook’ and ‘Double XL’. He shared screen space with Sonakshi in the latter.
