New Delhi: Fans of superstar Shah Rukh Khan consider him the undisputed ruler of their hearts for a reason. Recently, the actor's kind gesture of fulfilling the request of a cancer patient from Kolkata proved them correct. A 60 years old terminal cancer patient, Shivani Chakraborty has been a film enthusiast and has always been a passionate Shah Rukh Khan fan. However, her one true desire was to meet the celebrity just once.

When the story of Shivani's desire became viral on social media, SRK immediately called her to grant her wish. King Khan made an immediate video call to Shivani after learning about her dream and they spoke for around 40 minutes. At the conclusion of their talk, SRK even offered to give her money to help her battle the deadly disease.

The Shah Rukh Khan Warriors FAN Club, a Twitter account dedicated to Shah Rukh Khan's many fans, posted the news earlier today. They wrote, "#ShahRukhKhan had a good warm 40 min chat with His FAN, Shivani Chakraborty, also Told He'll help her financially & will attend Her Daughter's Marriage & also He'll Visit her & have a Fish Meal in her Home Kolkata. Undoubtedly, Biggest Yet Most Humble Star ever was, is & will."

A few days ago, Priya Chakraborty, Shivani's daughter took to social media to ask for social media’s support in fulfilling her mother's dying dream of meeting Shah Rukh Khan. The video was quickly posted by other fan groups and became viral.

Shivani is a resident of Khardah, North 24 Parganas. She became a huge fan of cricket when Shah Rukh Khan brought the KKR to the Indian Premier League (IPL).
