Parineeti Chopra Returns To Mumbai Post Her Engagement With Raghav Chadha, Poses With Fans At Airport

Actress Parineeti Chopra arrived to Mumbai on Sunday night, only days after she got engaged to Aam Aadmi leader Raghav Chadha.

New Delhi: Actress Parineeti Chopra arrived to Mumbai on Sunday night, only days after she got engaged to Aam Aadmi leader Raghav Chadha. The couple's engagement ceremony took place in the presence of close friends and family at Delhi's Kapurthala House. Usually seen flying with her fiance, Parineeti was spotted sans Raghav as she arrived at the airport. 

Parineeti was seen being all smiles for the paparazzi as she got spotted outside the airport entrance. She also posed for selfies with fans. Parineeti was dressed in a white t-shirt, beige blazer, and jeans. She carried a tote bag from the fashion brand Fendi and sported a pair of black sunglasses.

 

 

Parineeti gladly obliged fans who wanted to click a picture with her. She proceeded towards her car after posing for pictures with fans. One of the photographers asked her, "Pari Ji shaadi kab hai (When is the wedding)?" before she entered her car. The actor thanked the media for their congratulatory wishes even though she chose not to respond to the query.

Parineeti said, “Thank you guys, thank you so much for all your wishes.” She also blew a kiss before closing the door of her car.

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha go engaged in an intimate ceremony in Delhi on May 13. As a result of their frequent sightings together over the past few months, Raghav and Parineeti were thought to be dating. After the engagement ceremony, they formally announced their love by sharing the first photos from the big day.

Parineeti later shared a heartfelt note expressing gratitude for all the love and blessings that people have been showering on the couple, all set to embark on a new journey. Expressing how "overwhelmed" she and Raghav have been, Parineeti's note reads as, "Raghav and I are overwhelmed with the abundance of love and positivity we have received over the past few weeks, particularly on our engagement. 

We both come from different worlds and it's amazing to know that our worlds also unite with our union. We have gained a bigger family than we could have ever imagined. We are so touched by everything we have read/seen and we cannot thank you all enough. We embark on this journey knowing that you all are standing with us."
