New Delhi: Mannara Chopra is enjoying the success and post-Bigg Boss 17 blues as the second-runner up on the show. Ever since she stepped out of the reality show, she has been paped across Mumbai and has been interacting with the paparazzi.
In one such recent interaction, Mannara shared that she spoke to her cousin Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas for two hours recently. Sharing details about the same, Mannara said that PeeCee was proud of her journey on the show and had seen all the episodes.
Priyanka told me, ‘Mujhe saari jagah tere hi tags aate jaa rahe the. Mujhe tera saara journey pata hai.’ Yeh telecast America mein nahi ho raha tha. Usne kaha pehle apna gala theek kar. Kyunki waha itna baat karna padta hai.’ But she gave me a lot of good tips also. ( I could see your tags on social media everywhere, so I know your journey. The show does not get telecasted in America. Take care of your throat since you have to talk so much there).
She said, ‘I am so proud of you ke tune family ke naam pe game nahi khela. Tune bola mere baarein mein baat karo.’ Maine bola, Haan didi. Thoda mujhe awkward lag raha tha ghar ke andar family ke baare… Then she asked me, ‘Ab tereko gift kya chahiye? Hum tereko cash bhej rahe hai.’ I said nahi, mujhe dresses chahiye, kapde. So many interviews, and so many events. Then she said, ‘Promise, hum kapde bhejenge.’ Now I am waiting ki kapde ayenge and I’ll rock! (I am proud that you did not play the game using the family name. You said talk about me. I said, Yes di. It was a little awkward for me about the family in the house. Then she asked me, “what gift do you want, we will send you cash,” to which I said, “ No, I need dresses. So many interviews and so many events.” She said, “ Promise, we will sent clothes. So, Now I am waiting for them and I’ll rock.”
When Mannara learned that PeeCee had supported her during her stay in the home shortly after the finale, she made the following comment:“I just got to know about it and I am really happy about it. I am thankful to Mimi didi and her baby Malti for giving me so much love.”
The Bigg Boss fans were a little miffed when Mannara altered her Instagram bio after leaving the competition. Mannara modified her bio on Instagram and said, “ ‘Bigg Boss 17 runner up and winner in the female category’. However, after some backlash, she deleted the bio.
