New Delhi: Bollywood star Salman Khan has been in a fued with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi for a long time, and last week he got a threatening SMS asking for 5 crore rupees to end it. This frightening message was delivered to the Mumbai Traffic Police control room's WhatsApp number. Surprisingly, the sender has now apologised, saying the message was sent by mistake.

The sender, posing as a member of the Bishnoi gang, threatened Salman Khan with an outcome worse than the recent murder of politician Baba Siddique. But the sender got in touch with the Mumbai Traffic Police again, this time apologising and saying the first communication had been sent by mistake.

According to the latest developments in the inquiry, the man responsible for sending the message was located in Jharkhand, and more details are being sought.

Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi have been at odds for a long time. Salman reportedly hunted two blackbucks in 1998, an act that the Bishnoi community finds deeply disrespectful. Amid the ongoing legal proceedings, the Bishnoi community remains determined to seek revenge for the actor's actions.

In recent months, Salman Khan has been the victim of many threats and attacks, including a gunshot incident outside his Bandra house in April, all planned by the Bishnoi gang.
