Kartik Aaryan To Buy 2 Properties, One A Residential Apartment In 2025: Report

Kartik Aaryan has had a great year with films like 'Chandu Champion' and 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3'. The megastar who is enjoying the success of his films, will buy two more properties in Mumbai. As per a Mid-Day report, Kartik who owns two apartments in Juhu, and one in Versova and Andheri will buy two more properties. 

As per a source close to the development, "Since a week, producer Anand Pandit has been helping Kartik shop in Andheri for two properties—a high-end residential apartment, and a commercial space of over 2,000 square-feet. Two of his properties are already on rent," Mid-Day quoted him as saying. 

The source further added that Kartik made a property investment in June 2023, when he purchased two residential apartments worth over Rs. 17.5 cr in Juhu.

“He has rented out one of them at ₹4.5 lakh per month. The upscale locality is known for housing celebrities. In 2019, Kartik had bought an apartment in Versova, where he had lived as a paying guest during his struggling days. He also bought a 2,000-square-foot office space at Veera Desai, where Amitabh Bachchan, Sara Ali Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Kajol also own offices. That has also been rented out," the report added.  

Kartik's upcoming films

Kartik Aaryan's fans will see him in Karan Johar's rom-com 'Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri'. The film will be helmed by filmmaker Sameer Vidwans and produced under the Dharma Productions banner. The film is slated to be released in theatres in 2026. The film's lead female actress is yet to be announced. 

The Karan Johar and Kartik Aryan film is also making headlines because it involves a reunion of Kartik and Karan after reports of their fallout in 2022 when Dharma announced recasting for their upcoming film 'Dostana 2' which originally starred Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor.
