New Delhi: Actor Kangana Ranaut has responded to a recent report claiming that she allegedly kissed Vir Das too hard during the filming of ‘Revolver Rani’ (2014). Kangana Ranaut took to Instagram to mock the claim and, while doing so, also made a Hrithik Roshan reference
. She wrote, "Hrithik Roshan ke baad maine vichare Vir Das ki izzat loot li?? Yeh kab hua (After Hrithik Roshan, I assaulted poor Vir Das)?? (laughing, face with tongue and face with a hand over mouth emojis)."
The reference to Hrithik Roshan in her post is because of their legal feud and controversy between 2016 and 2017. Kangana had claimed that they were in a relationship, while Hrithik consistently denied it.
'Revolver Rani’ (2014) was a crime comedy-drama film written and directed by Sai Kabir, in which Kangana Ranaut and Vir Das shared the screen. The movie also featured actors like Piyush Mishra, Zakir Hussain, and Pankaj Saraswat. The film provided a satirical take on a love story set against the backdrop of politics.
Kangana Ranaut's recent Instagram post came a few hours after she attended the baby shower ceremony of her sister-in-law. Her brother Akshat Ranaut and his wife Ritu Ranaut are expecting their first child, and Kangana shared several pictures from the joyful occasion, expressing her excitement and gratitude for the well wishes and blessings.
