Canadian singer Justin Bieber arrives in Mumbai for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s spectacular wedding.

New Delhi: The wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant is approaching. Anant is the youngest son of Reliance Industries Limited Chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani, while Radhika is the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant. The pair's Sangeet ceremony is reportedly going to be a grand affair, and now pop star Justin Bieber is in the city to perform for their guests. 

Justin Bieber's Arrival in Mumbai

The Canadian singer arrived in Mumbai on Thursday in preparation for his concert on Friday at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). Both fans and attendees are abuzz with anticipation as photos and videos of Justin Bieber's entrance at the airport filled social media.

Times Now reports that the Ambani family is paying Justin Bieber $10 million (roughly Rs 83 crore) to perform at the sangeet ceremony.

Talks are reportedly on with other famous singers, such as Lana Del Rey, Adele, and Drake, to have them perform during the wedding celebrationons, as reported by India Today. 

The Ambanis have a history of inviting famous people from across the world to their parties. For an estimated fee of Rs 66–74 crore, Rihanna performed at the Jamnagar pre-wedding party of Anant and Radhika. Pitbull, Andrea Bocelli and the Backstreet Boys were among the performers during the ship celebration in June.

The wedding ceremonies would begin on July 12. The joyous wedding or Shubh Vivah will take place first. The day of Shubh Aashirwad is July 13, and attendees are expected to dress in Indian traditional wear. The wedding reception, or Mangal Utsav will occur on July 14. The Jio World Centre at BKC will serve as the venue for all of these events.
