In the upcoming episode of the dance reality programme ‘India's Best Dancer 3, Shilpa Shetty reminisces about the time Geeta Kapur tied her Rakhi.
New Delhi: In the upcoming episode of the dance reality programme ‘India's Best Dancer 3,’ the contestants will put on a spectacular act to honour India's wide variety of religious holidays. Guests Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Badshah, judges of the reality competition show ‘India's Got Talent Season 10’, will add to the episode's star power, and viewers will get to see Shilpa Shetty reminisce about the time Geeta Kapur tied her Rakhi.
Amidst the mesmerising performances, one duo stole the show. Samarpan Lama and his talented choreographer Bhawna Khanduja beautifully portrayed the bond of sibling love through their enthralling dance on the soul-stirring track 'Kaise Hua'.
Moved by their exceptional performance, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Geeta Kapur share their personal connection and heartfelt friendship that bloomed on the show 'India's Best Dancer 3'.
In a candid moment, Shilpa Shetty Kundra reveals the significance of Raksha Bandhan in her life, emphasising that it's not only limited to brothers tying Rakhis to sisters. She said, "Though I don't have a brother, Geeta and I have always been there for each other. Geeta tied a Rakhi for me on 'Super Dancer' and it is one of the most beautiful memories that I will cherish forever. For me, the significance of this festival has grown tremendously. I didn't celebrate it much as we were just two sisters, but now, with my son and daughter, I celebrate it with great enthusiasm. Those who have brothers and sisters are truly fortunate."
Choreographer Geeta Kapur, with a touch of emotion, shares her personal journey and the deep bond she shares with Shilpa, a sister who is like a brother—always attentive and emotionally connected. She said, "Shilpa spoke the truth. You beautifully depicted this festival, incorporating the little details that resonate with those like Shilpa and me. Throughout my life, Raksha Bandhan has felt incomplete. However, when I joined 'Super Dancer', I not only found a brother in Paritosh Tripathi, but also a sister in Shilpa. A sister who is like a brother, always attentive and emotionally connected. When I'm feeling low, Shilpa senses it even when no one else does."
This special episode of 'India's Best Dancer 3' will air this Sunday on Sony Entertainment Television.
