New Delhi: Diljit Dosanjh has made history by selling out the "largest ever Punjabi show outside India" during the North American leg of his 'Dil-Luminati Tour'. Commencing his tour on Saturday night, Dosanjh entertained over 50,000 concert attendees at the BC Place stadium in Vancouver, Canada.

Diljit made the crowd sway to his tunes with hits like "GOAT," "5 Taara," "Lover," "Kinni Kinni," and "Ishq Mitaye" - the popular track from his recent film release "Amar Singh Chamkila".


The singer delighted fans by sharing a series of pictures and videos from the show on his Instagram page on Sunday.

Diljit Dosanjh hosts largest ever Punjabi show outside India


A video captures the moment when the general manager of BC Place presents Diljit Dosanjh with a congratulatory plaque for hosting the "largest ever Punjabi show outside India." According to Canadian media reports, this event marked the first time in history that a Punjabi music superstar headlined a concert at the Vancouver-based arena.


Dosanjh also shared a video showing a massive billboard of his show with "Sold Out" written across.

As part of his tour, Dosanjh will now head to Calgary, Winnipeg, and Edmonton in Canada, before heading to the US. He will end the North American leg of his trek in Toronto on July 13.
