New Delhi: Bollywood celebrities perform together most commonly for awards ceremonies but this time it seems it was for a very different reason. Actors Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, Dia Mirza, and singer Amit Trivedi gathered for a sumptuous wedding in Surat.
The celebs were in the Gujarati city to attend influencer Roopal Shah's daughter's wedding, according to a Reddit post. Images from the lavish wedding celebrations were posted on an Instagram page with a Surat address.

Videos on social media seem to go viral which show Dia Mirza emceeing the event. As she waves to the guests, Janhvi can be seen arriving in a magnificent doli decorated with pyrotechnics. Subsequently, Ananya is spotted performing live on stage alongside background dancers.
On the grand platform, where a massive picture of Lord Shiva is shown, Amit Trivedi can also be seen singing. The final scene of the visuals features Janhvi performing alongside dancers.
A lot of people commented on how impressive the guest list was for the wedding and wondered about the elaborate setup the family had put together. Some made light of the fact that people criticizing the actors and the family for attending a wedding were merely venting their frustrations.
Meanwhile on the work front, Ananya Panday recently starred in 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan' on Netflix, and Janhvi had a guest appearance in 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya', starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.
