Former Actress Sana Khan Shares Emotional Note On Mother’s Demise
Sana Khan is grieving the demise of her mother, Mrs Saeeda, who passed away after battling health issues.
New Delhi: Former actress and 'Bigg Boss' fame Sana Khan is going through a devastating time as she mourns the passing of her beloved mother, Mrs Saeeda. The actress took to Instagram to announce the heartbreaking news, requesting her followers to pray for her mother’s soul.
In a brief but deeply emotional note posted on her Instagram Story, Sana wrote, "Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un. My beloved mother mrs Saeeda has back returned to Allah after struggling with a bad health condition." She refrained from revealing further details regarding her mother’s illness or the cause of her death. Her mother’s age also remains undisclosed.
Sana’s fans have taken to social media to extend their condolences.
Over the years, Sana has often shared glimpses of the close bond she shared with her mother. In one touching Instagram post from 2023, she uploaded a video of her mother tying her shoelaces before a walk — a moment that melted many hearts online. Accompanying the video, she penned a heartfelt caption: "My mom tying my shoe lace so I can go for walk. There is no love more honest and selfless than a mother’s love..." She went on to express her gratitude and admiration for her mother’s endless sacrifices and unconditional care, hoping to mirror that love in raising her own children.

Sana Khan Quits Acting

She has since embraced a more spiritual lifestyle and married Mufti Anas Sayed in November 2020. The couple are parents to two sons, Tariq Jamil and Saiyad Hasan Jamil.
