Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan Recovers From Dengue, Back To Host The Reality Show

Filmmaker Karan Johar hosted the ‘Weekend ka Vaar’ episode last week since Salman Khan was sick with dengue.

New Delhi: Each each day on Bigg Boss 16 brings more drama and surprises. The housemates are making serious efforts to provide quality material for the viewers. Filmmaker Karan Johar hosted the ‘Weekend ka Vaar’ episode last week since Salman Khan was sick with dengue. Karan Johar, who is also a judge on the current dance competition ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ on Colors TV, filled in as the show's presenter for only two episodes.

After recovering from dengue, the actor has returned to anchor the 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episode this week.

Salman will be talking with the participants and analysing their behaviour throughout the week. Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Ishaan Khatter will also appear as celebrity guests in 'Bigg Boss 16'. Katrina and the rest of the actors will be there to promote their upcoming horror-comedy 'Phone Bhoot.' Directed by Gurmmeet Singh, 'Phone Bhoot' is set to hit theatres on November 4.

Abdu Rozik, Gautam Vig, Gori Nagori, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Shiv Thakare, Soundarya Sharma, and Tina Datta are nominated this week. Both Sreejita De and Manya Singh have been eliminated from the current season of ‘Bigg Boss.’

During this week, Shalin Bhanot and Sumbul Touqeer Khan can be seen arguing with each other as a result of the nomination task. Aside from that, Abdu Rozik can be heard discussing about friendship, and the housemates can be seen arguing with each other over who should do the captaincy duties.

Salman recently made an impressive return to the public spotlight, making an appearance at his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma's birthday celebration. Salman Khan, accompanied by his brothers Sohail and Arbaaz, came in grand style looking well and healthy for the party.

The 16th season of ‘Bigg Boss’ can be seen on Colors TV or Voot Select.
