YouTuber Bhuvan Bam's Mother Passes Away Due To COVID-19, A Month After His Father's Death
Bhuvan Bam's parents passed away due to COVID-19 related complications.
Mumbai: Popular YouTuber Bhuvam Bam’s mother Padma Bam passed away due to COVID-19 related complications on Thursday (June 10). The comedian lost his mother within a month of his father’s demise. Bhuvan’s dad Avindra Bam left for his heavenly abode on May 11, 2021. He had also tested positive for Coronavirus.
Bhuvan’s team issued a statement to inform the fans about his parents’ death, requesting his well-wishers to give him space to grieve the loss.
“It is with great sorrow that we share this bereaving news on behalf of Bhuvan Bam's family. In loving memory of Bhuvan's beloved father Avindra Bam (11.05.21) and mother Padma Bam (10.06.21), we are saddened to announce their passing within one month of each other, due to Covid 19. We mourn the loss of these two gentle yet brave souls whose beautiful lives deserve to be beautifully remembered,” the statement read.
“The past few months have been trying for the family, and we seek everyone’s prayers, support, and sensitivity during this time of grief. To Bhuvan’s fans and well-wishers, we request that you allow him time and space to grieve this immense loss. We carry Aai and Baba's blessings in our hearts forever," Bhuvan added.
Bhuvan Bam Shares Post After Parents' Death
The YouTuber got emotional while penning his thoughts after his parents' demise. He shared several photos with his mother and father along with a note.
"Lost both my lifelines to covid. Aai aur Baba ke bina kuch bhi pehle jaisa nahi rahega. Ek mahine mein sab bikhar chuka hai. Ghar, sapne, sab kuch.
Meri aai mere pass nahi hai, baba mere saath nahi hain. Ab shuru se jeena seekhna padega. Mann nahi kar raha. Was I a good son? Did I do enough to save them? I’ll have to live with these questions forever. Can’t wait to see them again. I wish the day comes soon," he wrote.
Who Is Bhuvan Bam?
The 27-year-old comedian-writer shot to fame after his videos from his YouTube channel 'BB Ki Vines' went viral. He became the first Indian individual YouTuber to cross 10 million subscribers on the video-sharing platform.
Bhuvan worked in a short film titled 'Plus Minus', which also starred Divya Dutt. On the professional front, he will be next seen in the web series 'Dhindora'.
Mallika Dua's mother Chinna Dua also passed away due to COVID-19 on Friday (June 11). She penned an emotional note to mourn her mother's demise.
