Amitabh Bachchan Boards A Flight To Lucknow For His Next Project

It is reported that Amitabh Bachchan has arrived in Lucknow to work on a film directed by Shoojit Sircar.

New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan has returned to Lucknow to begin production for his next project. He was previously in the city for the filming of ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ featuring Ayushmann Khurrana.

On Saturday, Big B went to Instagram to share an image from the flight with his followers. In addition to the photographs, he conveyed his enthusiasm about the start of the shoot in a statement.

A photo of Amitabh Bachchan was taken from a plane while he was supposedly on his way to Lucknow for a film shoot. He shared the photo and wrote, “Travelled and ‘pinked’ up .. a new day a new film a new learning .. each day .. (sic).”

It is reported that Amitabh has arrived in Lucknow to work on a film directed by Shoojit Sircar, albeit neither the title nor the location has been released by Amitabh yet. According to reports, he will also be filming for Sooraj Barjatya's next film 'Uunchai' in the city.

Meanwhile, he has shared a Behind-the-Scenes photo from the sets, in which he can be seen grooving in his hook-step with Danny Denzongpa, Anupam Kher, and Boman Irani, among others. He captioned the BTS photo, “and still trying to groove.”

Amitabh will next be seen in the film 'Brahmastra,' in which he will star with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Mouni Roy, among others. The film is scheduled to be released on September 9, this year.
