New Delhi: Actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are on cloud nine right now, as the couple gets ready to embrace the new journey of parenthood. Alia took to her Instagram on Monday, to announce her pregnancy through an adorable post. Ever since the announcement, congratulatory messages are pouring in for the couple.

Amid all the hullaboo, Alia has also changed her Instagram display picture which now shows a happy Alia and Ranbir, engrossed in each other, with a picturesque landscape in the background. The picture was also shared by Alia's mother-in-law and actress Neetu Kapoor, who congratulated the couple on beginning a new journey of their lives.

Sharing the picture, Neetu showered her blessings on the couple as she wrote, "God Bless."

Alia's mother Soni Razdan also shared unseen pictures of the couple from one of their earlier vacations, as she congratulated her daughter and son-in-law for the good news. Sharing the couple's adorable pictures, she wrote, "Gratitude 🙏🧿

On Monday, Alia shared a picture of herself from her ultra sonography as husband Ranbir Kapoor sits beside her. The couple can be seen looking intently at the monitor while they look at their baby's development. In the next slide, she shared a picture of a lion family featuring mama and papa lion with their cub.

Sharing the pictures, Alia wrote, "Our baby ….. coming soon ♾❤️✨"

Alia and Ranbir got married in an intimate ceremony on April 14, 2022. The couple has announced their first pregnancy within three years of their marriage.
