Akshay Kumar's 'Prithviraj' Gets A New Release Date, Know Details Here

On Wednesday, the actor took to his social media handle to announce the date of his upcoming historical saga 'Prithviraj', that will now release in theatres on June 3rd.

New Delhi: Akshay Kumar is geared up to treat the audience to his back-to-back power-packed performances with his long line-up of films. On Wednesday, the actor took to his social media handle to announce the date of his upcoming historical saga 'Prithviraj', that will now release in theatres on June 3rd.

Taking to his Instagram handle, the 'Khiladi' actor shared a poster of the film featuring himself as 'Prithviraj' and wrote, "Elated to announce that Samrat #Prithviraj Chauhan's grand saga is arriving sooner on the big screen on 3rd June in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu."

Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar, who will be making her Bollywood debut with 'Prithviraj', also announced the film's release date on her Instagram. She shared the information by writing, "The glorious journey of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan is now coming sooner to the theatres! Experience it on 3rd June. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Celebrate Samrat #Prithviraj Chauhan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you."

The makers of the film had earlier shared first look posters of the entire cast. 'Prithviraj' was earlier slated to release on June 10.

Along with Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar, the film also stars actors Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood in pivotal roles. Produced under the Yash Raj films' banner, 'Prithviraj' will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
