Akshay Kumar's Mushy Birthday Post For Twinkle Khanna Is Couple Goals

New Delhi: 'Mrs. Funnybones' Twinkle Khanna celebrates her birthday today on December 29. As the writer and former Bollywood actress turns a year older, husband Akshay Kumar shared a mushy post on Instagram, wishing the 48 year-old on her birthday.

Channeling his romantic side, the 'Sooryavanshi' actor wished his wife Tina in a poetic style. Sharing a cute picture of theirs amid the cool blue waters of Maldives, Akshay wrote,"With you by my side, even the blues are easy to take in my stride...Happy Birthday Tina." 

Reacting to the post, Twinkle Khanna dropped heart emojis in the comments section.

Akshay and Twinkle headed to Maldives with their daughter Nitara, to ring-in the New Year. The couple has been having a gala family time.

The 'Khiladi' actor shared a video on Monday where he can be seen riding a bicycle and enjoying the Monday blues in full swag. The actor captioned the video,"When your Monday looks like a Sunday."

Akshay has recently been basking in the glory of his blockbuster hit 'Sooryavanshi' that emerged as the highest Bollywood grosser of the year. His latest film 'Atrangi Re' starring Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan, that released on Disney+Hotstar, is also garnering a lot of appreciation. Directed by Anand L Rai, 'Atrangi Re' became the most-watched film on the OTT platform.

On the other hand, Twinkle Khanna who shares her birthday with her late father and veteran actor Rajesh Khanna, took to her Instagram to remember Bollywood's first Superstar on his birth anniversary.

Sharing a throwback picture of herself from childhood, the 'Barsaat' actor wrote,"He always said I was the best present he could have ever received, as I tumbled feet first into the world on his birthday. A little star looking up at the biggest one in the galaxy. It's our day together, now and forever."
