Lok Sabha Polls Phase 6: High Stake Battle Expected In Karnal, North East Delhi & Anantnag — Check List Of Key Seats

Key candidates in this phase include Bansuri Swaraj, Manoj Tiwari, Kanhaiya Kumar, Manohar Lal Khattar, and Deependra Singh Hooda.

The sixth phase of the 18th Lok Sabha elections is scheduled for May 25, covering 58 constituencies across eight states and union territories. This phase follows the completion of voting in the first five phases, held on April 19, April 26, May 7, May 13, and May 20. In this crucial phase, voters in major regions including Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Delhi, and Haryana will head to polls. 

Specifically, Bihar will see voting in 8 constituencies, Haryana in 10, Jammu and Kashmir in 1, Jharkhand in 4, Delhi in 7, Odisha in 6, Uttar Pradesh in 14, and West Bengal in 8. Notably, the election in Jammu and Kashmir's Ananatnag-Rajouri constituency, which was adjourned during phase 3, will also be conducted during this phase.

A total of 889 candidates are contesting in this phase, with 1978 nominations filed for the 58 parliamentary constituencies. Following scrutiny, 900 nominations were validated. The last date for filing nominations for this phase, excluding Anantnag-Rajouri, was May 6, 2024.
