PM Modi On Whirlwind LS Polls Tour Today, To Lead BJP Campaign In Odisha, Address NDA Rallies In Andhra
PM Modi will lead BJP's campaign in Odisha's Berhampur and Nabarangpur after which he will address two NDA election meetings in Andhra Pradesh's Rajamahendravaram and Anakapalli.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the Bharatiya Janata Party's campaign in Odisha on Monday after he arrived in the state on Sunday night. He was received by senior party leaders including party’s Odisha unit president Manmohan Samal and Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi at the Biju Patnaik International Airport.
Modi was seen flashing a lotus symbol to people who were standing on both sides of the road connecting the airport with Raj Bhavan.
On Monday, he is likely to visit Shree Lingaraj temple in the city, reported PTI quoting sources as saying. He is scheduled to address two election rallies in Berhampur and Nabarangpur on Monday.
The PM will again visit the state on May 10 and hold a road show in Bhubaneswar, Sarangi said, adding he will address an election rally in Bolangir on May 11.
Modi arrived in Bhubenswar hours after BJP president JP Nadda left left the state capital releasing the party's manifesto ahead of the Lok Sabha and assembly elections to be held between May 13 and June 1.

Modi To Address NDA Rallies In Andhra Pradesh
On Monday, Modi will also reach Andhra Pradesh where he will address NDA election meetings, along with alliance partners Telegu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu and Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan.
The first meeting will be held in the afternoon at Vemagiri in Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari district, followed by another public meeting in the evening at Anakapalli in the eponymous district, as per a PTI report.
Modi is expected to land at Rajamahendravaram airport around noon after which he will address his first meeting at 3:30 pm and then proceed to the next meeting in Anakapalli to be held at 5.30 pm, according to a local BJP leader.
The twin PM meetings has been dubbed as 'Prajagalam' (people's voice) which comes ahead of the simultaneous polls to Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and the Lok Sabha on May 13.
