If Kamal Nath Inducted, BJP May Risk Chances Of Stitching Back Alliance With SAD 

The BJP-SAD alliance efforts are already in choppy waters and the talks of the possible induction of Kamal Nath and his son Nakul Nath into the saffron party may well create further roadblocks.

The alliance talks between old partners Bharatiya Janata Party and Shiromani Akali Dal are in troubled waters due to the farmers' protests around Delhi, which forced the two parties to hold back on their efforts to restore their old alliance ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. The SAD and the BJP had parted ways in 2020 over the three now-scrapped contentious farm laws.
