Thiruvananthapuram: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Dr. Shashi Tharoor from Indian National Congress (INC) won the elections by a margin of 15470 votes. The polling / voting in Thiruvananthapuram constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 3 on 23 April. The major contest is between Congress Party#s Shashi tharoor and Bharatiya Janata Party#s Kummanam Rajasekharan
