Robertsganj: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Chhotelal from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 190486 votes. The polling / voting in Robertsganj constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 7 on 19 May. The major contest is between Apna Dal#s Pakodi Lal Kaul and Samajwadi Party#s Bhailal Kol

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 71 out of the 80 parliamentary seat with 42.3 percent vote share while the Samajwadi Party managed to win just 5 seats with a 22.2 percent vote share.

• 1998 Lok Sabha Elections: In 12th Lok Sabha election, Bharatiya Janta Party candidate defeated Bahujan Samaj Party candidate with a difference of 26743 votes. Here, Bharatiya Janta Party leader Ram Shakal attained 261530 votes and Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Hari Prasad Alias Ghamari Singh bagged 234787 votes

नीतीश कैबिनेट का विस्तार हो गया है. जेडीयू के आठ नेताओं ने राजभवन में मंत्री पद की शपथ ली है. इन 8 मंत्रियों में से चार नेता नए-नए मंत्री बने हैं.

बिहार के राजभवन में मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार पहुंच गए हैं. नीतीश के साथ डिप्टी सीएम सुशील कुमार भी मौजूद हैं. जेडीयू से चार मंत्री ऐसे हैं जो कैबिनेट में नए होंगे. वहीं चार कैबिनेट में रह चुके हैं.
