Latur: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Dr. Sunil Baliram Gaikwad from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 253395 votes. The polling / voting in Latur constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 2 on 18 April. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Sudhakar Bhalerao Shrungare and Congress Party#s Machhlindra kamant
