The polling / voting in Dhanbad constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 6 on 12 May. In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 12 out of the 14 parliamentary seat with 40.1 percent vote share while the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha managed to win just 2 seats with a 9.3 percent vote share.
