Bharatpur: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bahadur Singh Koli from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) won the elections by a margin of 245468 votes. The polling / voting in Bharatpur constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 5 on 6 May. The major contest is between Bharatiya Janata Party#s Ranjeeta Kohli and Congress Party#s Abhijit kumar jatav

In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Bharatiya Janata Party won 25 out of the 25 parliamentary seat with 54.9 percent vote share while the Indian National Congress managed to win just seats with a 30.4 percent vote share.
