WBSETCL Recruitment 2018: Application process has begun today i.e. 19th December 2018 on the official website of West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (WBSETCL) - wbsetcl.in. WBSETCL aims to recruit 322 candidates for the posts of Office Executive, Special Technical Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Linesman. The last date to submit online applications for this recruitment drive is 11th January 2019. WBSETCL Recruitment 2018-19 - Vacancy Details: Special Technical Assistant – 35 posts Executive Assistant – 37 posts Office Executive – 100 posts Linesman – 150 posts Eligibility Criteria: Academic Qualifications: Special Technical Assistant – The applicant should have full time three years diploma in Electronics and TeleCommunication/Radio/Wireless Engineering from an Institute recognized duly by W.B. State Council of Tech. Education. Executive Assistant – The applicant must have passed Graduation with 40% marks with proficiency in English language and should have minimum typing speed of 80 words per minute in short hand. The applicant should be proficient in MS Office operations. Office Executive – The applicant must be a graduate in any Discipline with 50% marks from a recognized University or should have completed Graduation in any Discipline with minimum 50% marks in H. S. level. The applicant must have passed certificate course / any other courses on Computer operations, applications and programming. Linesman – The applicant must have completed Madhyamik or equivalent or should possess Trade Certificate under NCVT from any ITI under Director of Industrial Training, Govt. of West Bengal in the trade: Wireman or Electrician with a two year period. Age-Limit: The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 27 years as on 1 st January 2018. Age-relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test, Stenography Test (if applicable) and Personal Interview.
