UPSC website hacked with 'Doraemon!!!! Pick Up the Call', restored later

There has been no official word on the hacking of UPSC website so far.

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) website was allegedly hacked on Monday where one could see the title track of popular cartoon character  'Doraemon' cartoon with Hindi audio. The text on the website said 'Doraemon!!!!! Pick up the call' along with 'I. M. STEWPEED' at the bottom. The website was allegedly hacked around the same time the admit cards of the Mains exams were supposed to be released. "The website is under maintenance," a message read when the UPSC website was accessed on Tuesday morning. The website was restored on Tuesday morning. There has been no official word on the hacking of UPSC website so far. Here's how the Twitterati are posting their reactions on the social media platform. Earlier this year, the official website of Jamia Millia Islamia University was allegedly hacked.
