UPSC Civil Services 2019 Registration extended till March 19, 6 pm; Apply Now!
Graduates below the age of 32 years as on 1st August 2019, who aspire to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2019 and Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2019 must register themselves at the earliest to avoid last minute rush.
UPSC Civil Services 2019 Registration has been extended till tomorrow, i.e. Tuesday, 19th March 2019, 6PM. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) was scheduled to close the online registration window today, i.e. Monday, 18th March 2019, 6PM for the registration and form filling of UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2019 and Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2019. However, in a notification released this afternoon, UPSC has notified the extension of last date for the application process.
“Civil Services (P) Examination, 2019 – Last date for receipt of applications extended upto 19.03.2019 (6pm)” read the latest notification pertaining to UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2019, running through the homepage of the official website.

UPSC will be organizing a combined preliminary examination for Civil Services Examination and Indian Forest Services Examination 2019. The Preliminary exam is scheduled to be conducted on 2nd June 2019 across the country. However, the Main examination will be held separately for both the coveted competitive exams.
As per the official schedule, UPSC Civil Services Main Examination 2019 is slated to be held on September 2019, while the Main Examination for Indian Forest Services 2019 will be held in December 2019.
The Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will comprise of Objective Type questions and will be divided into Paper-I and Paper-II carrying 200 marks each. Candidates will be given 2 hours timeframe to attempt each paper.
The Civil Services Main Examination will include a written test and interview.
