UPSC CDS II 2021 Notification Released - Apply Before August 24

UPSC CDS II 2021 Notification: Candidates can check the official notification for the UPSC CDS II Exam 2021 online at upsc.gov.in.

UPSC CDS II 2021 Notification: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday released the official notification for the UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination II 2021 on its official website. The online registration process for the UPSC Combined Defence Services Examination II 2021 will start on August 4, 2021. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the UPSC CDS II Exam 2021 by visiting the official website of the commission at upsc.gov.in on or before August 24, 2021. Candidates can check the official notification for the UPSC CDS II Exam 2021 online at upsc.gov.in.

The commission is conducting the recruitment drive to fill 339 vacancies, out of which, 185 vacancies are for the Officers’ Training Academy, 100 for Indian Military Academy, 32 for Air Force Academy, and 22 for Indian Naval Academy. 

Educational Qualification: 

  1. I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai: Candidates applying for the UPSC CDS II Exam 2021 for these academies must possess a degree of bachelors from a recognized University or equivalent.
  2. Indian Naval Academy: Candidates applying for the UPSC CDS II Exam 2021 for the naval academy must possess a degree in Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
  3. Air Force Academy: Candidates applying for the UPSC CDS II Exam 2021 for the Air Force academy must possess a degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

Application fee:

Candidates applying for the UPSC CDS II Exam 2021 will have to pay an online registration fee of Rs 200. The Female/SC/ST candidates are exempted from the payment of any application fee.
