UP Board Exam 2024: UPMSP Class 10th, 12th Papers Begins; Details Here

UP Board Class 10, 12 Exam 2024: The exams are being held from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has begun the final examinations for Class 10th or High School and Class 12th or Intermediate. The first-day subjects include Class 10 Hindi and Class 12 Military Science papers in the morning session. In the afternoon session, Class 10 students will sit for the Commerce exam, while Class 12 students will undertake Hindi papers. The examination timings are from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm for the morning session and from 2 pm to 5:15 pm for the afternoon session.

This year, a total of 55,25,308 students are expected to participate in the UP Board exams, comprising 29,47,311 candidates for class 10 and 25,77,997 for class 12. The examinations will be conducted across 8,265 centers dispersed throughout 75 districts of the state. At the state level, the Directorate of Secondary Education in Lucknow, the Examination Center in Lucknow and the Headquarters of the Council in Prayagraj, along with 05 regional offices, have established command and control centers. These centers will facilitate live monitoring of all examination centers and district-level control and monitoring centers.

Similarly, at the district level, command and control centers, helplines and other arrangements have been established. These setups will facilitate live monitoring of all district examination centers. To mitigate the likelihood of cheating, the examination papers will be unsealed under the vigilant supervision of CCTV cameras. Moreover, arrangements for 24-hour surveillance, bolstered by armed forces and live CCTV cameras, have been implemented in collection centers and strong rooms. Inspection of the strong room will be carried out by the morning security force.

In a pioneering move, examination booklets have been printed with QR codes and serial numbers on the cover page for the first time. Furthermore, the council's logo has been incorporated on the internal page, accompanied by page numbers in four distinct colors on each page. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance the security and integrity of the examination process.
