UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment Notification: UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2018 to fill 69000 vacancies across the state of Uttar Pradesh is expected to begin shortly on the official website - upbasiceduboard.gov.in. Although there is no update on the official website until now around exam pattern, marking scheme or any other detail; Dr. Prabhat Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary, UP Basic Education Board, while speaking to Hindustan Times, stated that the UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2018 Examination will be held in OMR mode to bring in transparency and curb subjectivity from the marking system while expediting the examination evaluation process. “We are introducing the optical mark reader (OMR) sheets for recruitment of 69,000 additional teachers. In the last examination, there were mistakes in the evaluation of answer sheets. Candidates challenged the evaluation process, moved court and fresh re-evaluation was ordered. To prevent all this, it has been decided to introduce OMR-based examination,” stated Dr. Kumar. If media reports are anything to go by, the UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2018 notification for 69000 posts is expected to be released anytime today i.e. 5th December 2018 on the official website of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board. UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2018 – Important Dates: Application Process Begins – 6th December 2018 Application Process Ends – 20th December 2018 Last date to submit application fee – 21st December 2018 Admit Cards available for download – 31st December 2018 Recruitment Examination – 6th January 2019 Recruitment Result – 22nd January 2019
