The UKPSC Patwari/Lekhpal Recruitment 2022 will follow a three-stage selection process as listed below:

  1. Physical Efficiency
  2. Physical Standard
  3. Written Exam

UKPSC Patwari/Lekhpal Recruitment 2022: Training and Payscale

After successfully completing the selection process, selected candidates will be subjected to a training of one year. The entire training cost shall be borne by the candidates themselves. After successful completion of the training, the candidates shall then be inducted on their respective positions of Patwari/Lekhpal across different districts of Uttarakhand. The pay scale for the post of Patwari/Lekhpal is Rs 29,200- 92,300/- (Level-5)

UKPSC Patwari/Lekhpal Recruitment 2022: Written Exam and Exam Pattern

Candidates who successfully clear the first two stages of the selection process; Physical Efficiency, and Physical Standard, shall move to the final stage of the selection process: Written Examination. UKPSC is likely to notify the UKPSC Patwari/Lekhpal 2022 Exam Date soon. Some of the key highlights of the UKPSC Patwari/Lekhpal Written Examination 2022 are given below:

  • The written exam will be an objective type exam
  • The Exam Paper shall consist of 100 MCQ questions
  • Time duration of the exam shall be 2 hours
  • The paper will consist of questions on Hindi, General Knowledge, and General Awareness
  • Every incorrect answer in the exam shall invite a penalty of one-fourth of the marks
  • To clear the written examination stage, candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks, which is 45% for UR and OBC, and 35% for SC/ST/PWD applicants.
