UGC NET June 2021: Registration Process For UGC NET June 2021 Begins, Check Details Here

UGC NET June 2021: The June 2021 UGC-NET program has been delayed owing to the suspension of the UGC-NET December 2020 due to Covid-19. .

UGC NET June 2021: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened an online portal for submission of online application forms for UGC-NET June 2021. The agency has merged both the UGC-NET of December 2020 and June 2021. Candidates can submit their applications online on the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in, nta.ac.in. The application process has started on August 10 and the last date to apply is September 5, 11:50 pm. The last date for submission of the application fee is September 6, 11:50 pm. The UGC-NET 2021 exam will be held in two shifts from October 6 to October 11.

December 2020 and June 2021 UGC-NET has been merged
The official notification states, "The June 2021 UGC-NET schedule has been delayed owing to the suspension of UGC-NET December 2020 due to COVID-19. To regularize the UGC-NET exam cycle, the national testing agency (NTA) has merged both the cycles of UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 with the consent of UGC to conduct them simultaneously in CBT mode.
Candidates who have registered for the UGC-NET December 2020 cycle but have not been able to complete the application process can also complete and submit the online application form.

Age Limit :
NTA has also given information about age eligibility criteria for applying. For JRF, a candidate should not be over 31 years of age as on October 1, 2021. This age limit is applicable only for the current examination. However, there is no upper age limit to apply for assistant professor for UGC-NET.
