UGC NET 2022: NTA Announces Exam Dates, Check Complete Schedule

UGC NET 2022 Date: The detailed date sheet will be uploaded soon on nta.ac.in and ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

New Delhi: University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced the NET exam dates. UGC Chairman Professor M Jagadesh Kumar announced the dates of UGC-NET 2022 by tweeting on Saturday. Professor M Jagadesh Kumar tweeted that the dates of conduct of examinations by NTA for the merged cycles of UGC-NET in December 2021 and June 2022 are 08, 09, 11, 12 July, 2022 and 12, 13, 14 August, are 2022. The detailed date sheet will be uploaded soon on nta.ac.in and ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Along with this, he has also conveyed best wishes to all the applicants. 

Earlier in April, UGC-NET was supposed to conduct it in the first or second week of June this year. Meanwhile, the form submission date for UGC-NET has been extended till May 30, 2022 (ANI).

Admit cards will also be issued soon. Here's how to download the admit card after it is issued-

How to download UGC NET Exam 2022 admit card

Step 1 - Go to the website of UGC NET, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2 - Click on the UGC NET admit card link appearing on the home page.

Step 3 - Now the page of NET exam will open in which the admit card can be downloaded after login.

Keep a printout of it for future reference.

UGC NET is conducted twice a year, but due to the Coronavirus pandemic, UGC NET was postponed to December 2021. After the postponement of the December 2021 exam, the UGC NET June 2022 session exam was getting delayed that's why the NTA decided to conduct the December and June cycle exams together in order to regularise the UGC NET cycle. The UGC NET examinations of both the cycles will be conducted in CBT mode.
