UCEED 2024 Registration Last Date Extended; See Eligibility Criteria And More

UCEED 2024 Registration: Interested candidates can apply online at uceed.iitb.ac.in.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) has extended the registration deadlines for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED 2024). Candidates now have the opportunity to submit their applications for UCEED on the official websites at uceed.iitb.ac.in, until November 13. Candidates have the option to apply for both exams until November 20, 2023, by paying a late fee. The non-refundable registration fee for these exams is Rs 3,800. However, candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories, as well as female candidates are eligible for a reduced application fee of Rs 1,900. The late fee is Rs 500.

UCEED 2024: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for UCEED 2024, candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their Class 12 in any stream in 2023 or should be appearing for their final examinations in 2024.

2. Age Limit:

- For OPEN/EWS/OBC-NCL categories: Candidates should not be born before October 1, 1999.

- For SC, ST, and PwD category candidates: Candidates should not be born before October 1, 1994.

3. Attempt Limit: Candidates can only attempt the UCEED Exam twice, and this is allowed in two consecutive years.

To apply for UCEED 2024, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website at uceed.iitb.ac.in.

  • Click on the registration portal for the exam.

  • Provide your basic details to register for the exam. This typically includes your personal information.

  • Complete the application form online, ensuring that you provide all the required information accurately.

  • Attach the necessary documents as specified in the application guidelines. This may include identification documents or certificates.

  • Pay the applicable application fee as per your category, and make sure the payment is processed successfully.

  • Review all the information you've entered, make any necessary corrections, and then submit the application form.

  • After submitting the form, you should receive an application confirmation page. Download and save this page for your future reference.
