SSC CHSL 2019: Application Process To End Today; Here's How To Apply Online

SSC CHSL 2019 recruitment examination for Lower Divison Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Data Entry Operator posts in different ministries, departments and offices of the government of India will be held from March 16, 2020, to March 27, 2020.

SSC CHSL 2019: Attention students! If you have still not applied for the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 2019 examination, apply it now as the online application window is scheduled to close by the end of the day. Interested candidates can visit the official website i.e. ssc.nic.in and apply for the same. As per an official notification, the SSC CHSL 2019 recruitment examination for Lower Divison Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Data Entry Operator posts in different ministries, departments and offices of the government of India will be held from March 16, 2020, to March 27, 2020. Candidates who have passed class 12th exam or equivalent can apply for the same. The online application process for SSC CHSL 2019 was started on December 3, 2019. Interested candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to apply for SSC CHSL 2020: Step 1: Log on to the official website of SSC - www.ssc.nic.in Step 2: On the right side of the homepage, find the log in tab and click on 'New User Register now' Step 3: Fill in all the requisite information Step 4: Log in to the online system through your 'Registration Number' and 'Password' Step 5: One the registration id is created, click on the apply online tab, appearing at the top of the home page Step 6: Click on CHSL tab and then check apply link Step 7: Give your preference for examination centers Step 8: Select the medium of typing test Step 9: Complete your declaration by clicking on "I agree" checkbox and fill up the captcha code Step 10: Preview the information provided by you and then hit 'Submit' Step 11: Proceed further to make fee payment if you are not exempted from payment of the fee Step 12: Download the application form and take its print out for future reference. Age limit: Candidate should be between 18 to 27 years old as on January 1, 2020. For relaxation in the upper age limit for different categories, candidates are advised to go through the official notification. Application process: Applicants from the unreserved category need to pay an application fee of Rs 100. Whereas, female applicants and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of the fee. Exam Schedule: SSC CHSL Tier 1 examination will be a computer-based test conducted between March 16 and 27, 2020 at various centres across the country. Candidates who will qualify the tier-1 exam will appear for the tier-2 exam which is scheduled to be held on June 28, 2020. SSC CHSL 2020: Important dates to remember

The SSC CHSL 2019 examination is being conducted to fill vacancies of Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA) and Data Entry Operator (DEO) in various ministries, departments, offices of the government of India and their Subordinate offices.
