CS Satish is a Lower Primary School teacher

CS Satish is a teacher at Government Lower Primary School, Mullur. He takes classes for students from first grade to fifth grade. Children's education was disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting lockdown. Given the acute shortage of facilities between tribal and first-generation children, he is ensuring that education reaches them.

Satish goes beyond the syllabus and teaches English, Mathematics, and Kannada to the children. His passion for providing education to the children encouraged him to think out of the box and he made this unique treehouse.

Satish's class is waterproof

Satish not only feels safe here but has also made this temporary office waterproof by spreading a double layer of tarpaulin. He has also installed a mobile stand and a focus light in this classroom. By using the focus light, he makes sure that the children who are in his class can see everything clearly.
