RRB Recruitment Exam Begins Tomorrow: Know Timings, Instructions & Guidelines Amid Covid-19

The Computer based exam for isolated and ministerial categories will be held from December 15. Candidates can check important guidelines, instructions here.

The Railway Recruitment Board’s Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) exam, Group D, ministerial and Isolated Category post exams among others are set to commence from tomorrow. ALSO READ | RRB To Conduct Recruitment Exams For 1.4 Lakh Vacancies; Check Dates For NTPC, Group D And Other Railway Post Exams The first phase of the exam will commence from December 15 till Dec 18, 2020, for Isolated and Ministerial categories, followed by NTPC categories from December 28 to tentatively till March 2021 and the third recruitment for Level-1 from tentatively April 2020 onwards till June end. The entrance exam will be held in two shifts for the ministerial and isolated categories. The shift 1 exam will start at 10:30 am followed by shift 2 at 3 pm. For the morning shift, candidates will have to report at 9 am. For the afternoon shift, the scheduled time of arrival of students is 1:30 pm.

Important Guidelines To Follow:

  • Candidates having temperature more than prescribed limits not allowed inside the exam venue. Intimation in this regard will also be sent to their registered email and mobile number regarding the rescheduling of such candidates.
  • The candidate should use his/her own facemask.
  • After each shift the exam centre will be sanitized before starting another shift.
  • Candidate has to produce COVID-19 self-declaration in the prescribed format at the entry and in absence of the same he/she will not be allowed into the exam venue.
  • As there will be mass gathering at the RRB NTPC exam centres, the number of candidates to be booked in an exam centre will be cut down to enable more social distance.

The total openings for the posts of isolated and ministerial categories are 1,663 and 35,608 for NTPC.
