The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has declared the results for the VIT Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2024. Students who took the VITEEE can check and download their results via the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in. To check the VITEEE 2024 result, candidates will need to log in using their application number and password. Students should note that the admissions to the BTech programs offered by VIT across its campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, and Bhopal will be determined based on the scores obtained in the VITEEE. The VITEEE 2024 examination was conducted from April 19 to April 30, 2024.

To check your VITEEE results, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of VITEEE at vit.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the "VITEEE 2024 Result".

Step 3: A new page will open where you need to enter the application number and password.

Step 4: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 5: Your VITEEE 2024 result will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Check and download the result.

Notably, Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes in VIT group of Institutions. The duration of the examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates can appear only once for VITEEE-2024. All questions were multiple-choice questions with one mark for the right answer and zero for the wrong answer.

Those who score '0' will be declared as 'Not qualified' and will not be eligible to participate in the counselling process. In VITEEE, there were 125 questions divided into the sections Maths/Biology (40 questions), Physics (35 questions), Chemistry (35 questions), Aptitude (10 questions), and English (5 questions). The question paper was in English only. It is to be noted that the method of Equi-percentile is adopted for the merit list preparation of VITEEE-Computer Based Examination.
