UPSC ESE Mains Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the marks for the Engineering Services Examination. The marks of the recommended candidates have been published on the official website at upsc.gov.in. Candidates waiting to check these marks can click on the available link on the portal to view them and also take a printout for future reference. UPSC ESE Mains Result 2024: Steps To Check Marks

Step 1: Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for UPSC ESE Mains Result 2024 - Marks of Recommended Candidates.

Step 3: A new page will open; click on the provided PDF link.

Step 4: The PDF will display the marks, which candidates can review.

Step 5: Download the PDF and print a copy for future reference.

The UPSC ESE Mains Result was declared on November 23, 2024, with 206 candidates recommended for appointment. The distribution includes 92 candidates from Civil Engineering, 18 from Mechanical Engineering, 26 from Electrical Engineering, and 70 from Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. The general category recorded the highest number of selected candidates (71), followed by OBC (59), SC (34), EWS (22), and ST (20).

Rohit Dhondge secured the top position, with Harshit Pandey and Laxmikant taking second and third places, respectively. The candidature of 43 recommended candidates is provisional, comprising 17 from Civil Engineering, 2 from Mechanical Engineering, 6 from Electrical Engineering, and 18 from Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

The UPSC Engineering Services Examination was conducted in June 2024, followed by the interview or personality test on October 7-10, 14-18, 21-25, and November 4-6, 2024. The interviews were held in two shifts: the first shift began at 9 AM, and the second shift started at 1 PM. This recruitment drive aims to fill 251 vacancies across the country.
