Candidates who have been shortlisted in the UPSC CDS 2 Written Examination 2023 will now be required to appear for the SSB interview round.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC CDS 2 Result 2023. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results now on the official website - upsc.gov.in. The commission has published the list of candidates who appeared for the UPSC CDS 2 Written Examination 2023. Candidates can check their CDS (Combined Defence Services) Results looking for their roll numbers in the list. A total of 6,908 candidates have been shortlisted in the CDS 2 Written Examination 2023. 

UPSC CDS 2 Written Exam Result 2023: Direct Result Link

Candidates who clear the UPSC CDS 2 Written Examination 2023 will now proceed to the SSB (Staff Selection Board) interview rounds. In the four day interview, shortlisted candidates will be examined over various parameters and tests which include: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and Picture Perception Description Test (PPDT), Psychological tests, Group Testing Officer (GTO) tests, and Individual interviews. 

Earlier today, the UPSC notified the release of the UPSC CDS 2 Results 2023 through a notice on its official website. In its notice, the commission also notified that shortlisted candidates who have opted for the IMA (Indian Military Academy) and the OTA (Officers Training Academy) will be required to register themselves on the recruiting directorate website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in, to further receive the call for SSB interviews.

“Candidates who qualified in the written exam and given their first choice as Army (IMA/OTA) are required to register themselves on the recruiting directorate website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in in order to enable them to receive call up information for SSB interview,” reads the official notice. 

Notably, the UPSC will induct suitable candidates for admissions into various courses of Indian Military Academy Dehradun, Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Air Force Academy, Hyderabad, and the Officers Training Academy, Chennai, commencing in July/ October 2024. Earlier this year, the UPSC conducted the CDS 2 Written Examination on September 3, 2023.   • Click on the link that reads: ‘Written Examination Result: cOMBINED defence Services Examination 2023’
  • The UPSC CDS 2 Written Examination Result 2023 PDF shall now be displayed on your screen
  • Check your result looking for your roll number in the list
  • Download the CDS Result PDF 2023 for future reference
