UPSC CDS 1 Final Result 2023 Released On upsc.gov.in; 235 Candidates Qualify

UPSC CDS 1 Final Result 2023 is available on the official website at upsc.gov.in.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final result for the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS) 1, 2023, on October 27. Candidates who participated in the examination can access their UPSC CDS 1, 2023, results on the official website, upsc.gov.in. A total of 235 candidates have earned selection based on their performance in the written examination and interviews. They are now eligible for admission to the 156th (DE) Course at the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, and Air Force Academy.

It's important to note that the results of the medical examination were not factored into the preparation of the merit lists. The validation of the candidates' date of birth and educational qualifications is currently being conducted by the Army Headquarters. It should be emphasized that the candidature of all selected candidates is provisional. These candidates are required to submit their certificates supporting their date of birth, educational qualifications, and other relevant documents, along with photostat attested copies, to the Army, Naval, or Air Headquarters, depending on their first choice.

To download the UPSC CDS I Final Result 2023, follow these simple steps:

  • Visit the official UPSC website by going to upsc.gov.in.
  • Look for the notification link titled 'UPSC CDS I Final Result 2023' and click on it.
  • You will be directed to a PDF file containing the results.
  • Search for your roll number within the PDF and make sure to save the PDF for future reference.

Please note that the marks obtained by the candidates will be accessible on the official website once the final result for Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) in the CDS 1 exam 2023 is declared. The registration process for this examination commenced in December 2022 and concluded on January 10, 2023. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 341 positions within the organisation.
