UGC NET Result 2024: NTA To Release Scorecard, Final Answer Key Soon On ugcnet.nta.ac.in

UGC NET June 2024 re-examination result is expected to be released soon on the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to announce the results for the UGC NET June 2024 re-examination shortly. Once released, candidates who appeared for the UGC NET 2024 exam can check and download their results and scorecards from the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The final answer key will also be made available, either alongside the results or shortly before.

Earlier, the NTA had released provisional UGC NET answer keys in two phases, with the objection window closing on September 14, 2024. Candidates were allowed to challenge the provisional answer key by paying Rs 200 per question. Subject experts are now evaluating these challenges, and if any are found valid, the final answer key will be updated.

The UGC NET June re-exam was conducted in CBT mode on August 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30 and September 2, 3, 4, and 5, 2024.

UGC NET Result 2024: How To Check And Download Scorecard? 

To check the UGC NET 2024 results, follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Step 2:
Locate and click on the link for downloading the UGC NET scorecard.

Step 3:
Enter your application number and date of birth.

Step 4: Submit the details to view your result online.

Step 5: Check and download the UGC NET Result.

UGC NET Marking Scheme

In the exam, candidates received two marks for each correct answer, with no penalty for incorrect responses. Unanswered or unattempted questions, as well as those marked for review, did not earn any points. For questions with multiple correct answers or ambiguous options, marks were awarded for any valid selection. If a question was found to be incorrect and discarded, candidates who attempted it were still awarded two marks.
