UGC NET 2023 Result: NTA To Release December Session Result Soon, Check Details Here

UGC NET 2023 Result will be made available to the candidates on the official website of UGC NET – ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

UGC NET 2023 Result is expected anytime soon. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test or UGC NET December 2022 results on the official website – ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who took the exam will be able to check their results using application number and date of birth. The UGC NET Final Answer Key has already been released on the official website. UGC NET Exam was conducted in 5 phases, for 83 subjects.

UGC NET Phase 1 was conducted from February 21 to 24, while Phase 2 took place from February 28 to March 2. Phase 3 of the UGC NET exam was held from March 3 to 6, and phases 4 and 5 were conducted on March 11 to 12 and from March 13 to 16, respectively. As per NTA, a total of 8,34,537 candidates appeared in the exam. 

On March 23, the National Testing Agency (NTA) issued the provisional answer key for the UGC NET 2023 Exam and invited objections or challenges against it. The purpose of these objections was to allow for a review of the provisional answer key.

UGC NET 2023 Result: Steps To Check

Step 1: Visit the official website of UGC NET – ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Check for the link of ‘UGC NET Result’ and click on it.

Step 3: A new page will open, submit your application and date of birth here.

Step 4: UGC NET December Session Result will be displayed.

Step 5: Check your result and download it. It is suggested to take a printout for future reference.

What Is UGC NET Exam?

The UGC NET is a biannual national-level examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to assess the eligibility of qualified candidates for the positions of Assistant Professorship and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). The exam consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is a general paper that is mandatory for all candidates, while Paper 2 is based on the subject chosen by the individual candidate. The UGC NET is a highly coveted exam that attracts a large number of applicants.
