The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the results for the NTPC (CEN 1/2019) exam for levels 2, 3, 5, and 6. RRB NTPC results have been published on the regional websites of RRBs. Candidates are advised to visit the official websites of their respective RRBs to check their selection status. According to the information available on the RRBs website, candidates have been selected based on their performance in Computer-Based Test 1 (CBT 1) and Computer-Based Test 2 (CBT 2), Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) for the station master position, and Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) for category 4, 5, 10, and 11 posts. This selection process is followed by document verification and a medical examination. The result notices contain the roll numbers and names of the selected candidates.

- If your roll number and name are present in the result notices, it indicates that you have been shortlisted for further stage of the selection process.

According to the official notification, “this result is provisional and does not in any way give any right to the candidates for appointment in the Railways. This RRB reserves the right to cancel / modify the results in case of any inadvertent error / typographical mistake. The remaining vacancies arising due to Medical Unfit/Level Out/Absenteeism/Rejected cases will be filled up after calling eligible additional candidates for Next Round of Documents Verification.”

"Further action for appointment will be taken by the Northern Railway after verification of  eligibility conditions and original testimonials as per CEN No.01/2019(NTPC).  Candidates shall be informed accordingly by the office of the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Northern Railway, Baroda House, New Delhi, for the above," the notification said.
