The JEE Main Session 2 exams were conducted from April 4 to April 12, 2024, in 319 cities throughout the country.

JEE Main Session 2 Result 2024: The National Testing Agency, NTA has released the JEE Main Session 2 Result 2024. Students who have participated in the JEE Main Session 2 exams can access the result from the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in. The JEE Main Session 2 exams were conducted from April 4 to April 12, 2024, in 319 cities throughout the country. Students must note that there will be no re-evaluation of the results, and the authorities will entertain no correspondence in this regard.

In case a student has appeared in both JEE Main 2024 exams, the best two out of two scores will be considered for determining all India ranks. The National Testing Agency will conduct JoSAA and CSAB counselling after both sessions of the JEE Main and the JEE Advanced examinations. According to the data provided by NTA, 23 students achieved the 100 percentile in session 1, in which Telangana recorded the highest number of 100 percentile holders, followed by three candidates from Andhra Pradesh. 

JEE Main Session 2 Result 2024: Steps To Download

Students can follow the given steps to download the result:

Step 1: First, visit the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate for the link that reads ‘JEE Main 2024 Scorecard’.

Step 3: Enter the required login credentials.

Step 4: JEE Main Session 2 Result 2024 will be displayed on your screen.

Step 5: Download the result for your future reference.

JEE Main Session 2 Marking Scheme

According to the marking scheme, students will be awarded four marks for every correct answer, while every incorrect answer will result in a deduction of one mark. National Testing Agency released the JEE Main Session 2 provisional answer key on April 12, 2024. Students were allowed to raise objections against the answer key till April 15, 2024.

This year, NTA conducted the JEE Main session 2 exams in 13 languages which include Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
