JEE Main Result 2023: CM Kejriwal Congratulates Delhi Govt School Student For Scoring 100 Percentile

JEE Main 2023 session 2 was held from April 6 to April 15. While the final answer key for paper 1 was released on April 24, the answer key for paper 2 is still pending.

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal congratulated Asteek Narayan for scoring a complete 100 percentile in the JEE Main 2023 Results that were announced earlier on Saturday. Taking to Twitter, CM Kejriwal posted a photo of Asteek and said that a student from a Delhi government school has secured 100 percentile in JEE Main. "Delhi Govt school student, Asteek Narayan has scored a 100 percentile score in JEE Mains. So proud of you Asteek." CM Kejriwal wrote on Twitter.

National Testing Agency, NTA released Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Result 2023 on the official site of NTA JEE at jeemain.nta.nic.in. A total of 43 candidates secured a perfect 100 score, news agency PTI reported. Candidates who took the exam can check their scores on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates need to log in through the application number and date of birth to check the result.

It is to be noted that JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) conducts the counselling process for admission to NITs, IIITs, and other GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes) based on JEE Main scores. It is a centralized counselling process where candidates can apply for multiple institutes using a single application form.

On the other hand, CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) conducts counselling for seats that remain vacant after JoSAA counselling. It is a separate counselling process conducted by the participating institutes, and candidates can apply to the CSAB counselling based on their JEE Main scores.

Admission to the different undergraduate programs at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) - Advanced. The top 2.5 lakh candidates of JEE Main 2023 are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.
